7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck444 l platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, or creating a new account after a previous account has been closed for a Terms breach.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses, free spins, or promotions through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or any other method designed to gain an unfair advantage.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by ck444 l

ck444 l reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
• Identification of the account holder as an underage player.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player or a third-party responsible gaming organisation.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. ck444 l will provide written notification of the closure reason and any balance forfeiture to the email address registered on the account.

Closure by the Player

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck444 l's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ck444 l is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind. Nothing in these Terms limits ck444 l's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
